I have been digging and researching if an NDA exists whether it would (or has to) be reported on 10-Q subsequent events and have come up with nothing. I can't find any AICPA research or anything on it. Any thoughts on that? I am thinking it is simple - NDA means nothing has to be disclosed regardless of amount.
