Between the 10-Q and this PR indicating the partnership discussions (plural) have matured significantly, I think the clear message (IMHO)is that if the B-OM topline results are even close to the interim results, BP is going to sign on the dotted line and fast to preclude anyone else from getting their hands on this potential blockbuster. Can't wait to see what happens!
