Read the SH letter again ..if the financial expenses were being audited to save 68% then tbat means they were grossly overbilled.The OTC is obviously awate of whats going on and why they are not delisted despite being past their deadline.To say he is gambling is wrong...if its something been done wrong and he needs to stand up to he will.Hes done that in the past and was succesfull.
