That's fine but that's a 2016 10Q. We're approaching 2018 and the quarterlies aren't getting better.
We know there are signed deals, a new settlement, IPR denial which is great but for the most part shareholders are being kept in the dark.
I'm resigned to the fact that we won't know much (unless a contract gets a PR) but Kay keeps moving the goal posts - first third quarter of 2017, then 4th quarter, now early 2018.
I'm not selling (if anything I'll continue to buy) but the wait is wearing thin.
