ORDER REGARDING STIPULATION TO LODGE UNCERTIFIED COPIES OF CERTAIN FILE HISTORIES by Judge John A. Kronstadt, 125F . The Court, having considered the Joint Stipulation Regarding the Lodging of Uncertified Copies of Certain File Histories, and finding good cause for the stipulated request, ORDERS that the parties shall lodge with the Court concurrently with their responsive claim construction briefs annotated, uncertified copies of the file histories of the abandoned '297 application and the '599 reexamination, and must lodge with the Court annotated, certified copies of those file histories promptly after the parties receive them.
