The bigger question is why even gamble with this or even take this path if all is roses. It’s not worth the hit or corporate optics and company optics to investor confidence. Why even bother taking the risk?..... that’s the real question. Filing late makes the appear even more OTC ish to the market and scares some buyers off. We all own shares and have for some time. Yes. Some sold. Some rebought for some. Other just a hold. Still the same question. WHY RISK THIS?
