weaver it is clear that Mr. Berman and company are total failures and will never meet your standards. So you have two choices as I see it.
1. you can sell and find another under capitalized company that meets your desires, or alternatively stop buying undercapitalized company stocks
2. you can move in and take over the company and run it any way you choose even if it is only to please yourself
