The whole thing reads like it was written without much interest.
Weaver, quarterly reports are disclosure documents. The job of quarterlies is to allow the issuer within 45 days of the close of a quarter to look back at the previous 90 days of business. They are not Letters to Shareholders.
When I read the report late last night, I said to myself, weaver and the stock trading crowd are not going to like this, even though it shows a company making great progress on many fronts with very few resources..
