How do you know this to be the case?
If this is true, what is the approx. $481,000.00 +/- listed as "compensation" through 09/30/2017 in the recently filed 10Q (page 24)?
My recollection from the most recent annual filing, disclosed (but did not identify by name) 3.5 employees, with one being in "management", one described as in "finance" (the part-time CFO?) and one in"operations". If I recall correctly, the disclosure mentioned one, or perhaps two of the 3.5 also could be described as in "sales".
The whole 3-Ring disaster comes across as sketchy and pitiful.
