I hardly think its his intent to "flaunt " them.Im quite sure he recognizes the importance of filing on time.We will find out why when they file the reason forvthe delay im guessing.Jamis and Art both threw out possible reasons already.The only thing that matters moving forward is creating revenues and closing deals..the play on stock by "predatory lenders" was evident on its way down.That game is over and if there is some solid buying on any good news via filings or deals then the reversal will be in.For traders or day traders in general this is the last stock I would play for day to day swings.Im a holder and adder so I see it a little differently than those that want to " play " it.
