BTW folks, MVTG vote is tomorrow and if the votes are yes at the stock holders meeting the company will Change its name to Spectrum Global...... so keep an eye on this board for up dates as the ticker may change a while later. No word on that. But 3/4 of all issued shares must have voted yes. So the board name and ticker may change so do not loose site of this jewel in the name change!!! The subsidiary names will not change, just the parent.

The new CEOs have bold plans to grow the revenues, profits and market cap, and stock holders equity and uplist to Nasdaq in the future. It will not happen over night, but 7 months ago MVTG had no revenue. Now they are purring along with an annual revenue rate of 12 Million US dollars per year, operating in 2 countries.
