Friday's hearing rescheduled from Friday, November 17 to Thursday, December 7. A conflict in the court's schedule is the reason given. I am skeptical this is the reason. The judge already has things scheduled for December 7. As it is, only on-going trials and law and motion events happen on Fridays. Prior to the reschedule this was the only event on the judge's schedule.
