Markman hearing set for 12/11/17. R&G is pushing forward a great speed.
I read through everything and I love how R&G pointed out on their slide show that the SecureAuth prior art claim was actually inband technology.
It is laughable that SecureAuth even got this far because alot of the Markman hearing docs. (posted by you today) filed by R&G point out errors on the defenses claims and their misinterpretation of the laws. Great sign of whats to come.
