I have no doubt the NDA was in the best interest of both companies but not the shareholders. The company paying the settlement doesn't look like a bunch of idiots and continues in business and SFOR gets it done faster without it dragging on. But the stock holder doesn't know the cash value of the agreement and the stock stays undervalued. I don't know about you but I buy a stock to make money and this action looks like a looser.
