So now supposedly half of Americans have high blood pressure (and that's not just the ones who are fighting back against the stock market criminals). How did this happen? They lowered the level at which they say blood pressure is high, and then magically a whole lot of people "need" to be on medication.

When my mother was in her 70's, they put her on high blood pressure medication. She felt so awful on it that she refused to take it. Her doctor warned her she was asking for a stroke or heart attacks. She still refused to take it.

So, she lived to be 91. She outlived her doctor by more than a decade, and he was younger than she was.
