$TXHD I know everyone's worried about TXHD audit shopping but has anyone taken the time to look back and the last 2 firms they have had? AMC Auditing LLC. (First year in business...very small firm) Pinaki & Associates LLC (Slightly larger Firm but still small). Now the new firm is GBH CPAs, PC. This is a top 25 public firm in HOUSTON, TX. http://www.gbhcpas.com/
Now if this company was trying to "hide" things and "scam" people...why would you go to such place compared to using the small little firms that are less likely to cause a ruckus if thats what you were up to. This company is growing and are having a Better Accounting Firm to Audit the report. I looked this up after emailing David Thielen today...he had stated that they were an excellent Auditor. take some time if you are interested and look up a bit about the differences. IMO its a good sign...not a bad one.
