The current litigation will promise to be hanging around for some time to come. All we have heard up to now is the litigant lawyers version of events. Lets see what BTGI has to say now that the lawsuit has been filed. It would seem that Disney has little to do with the event, other than hiring BTGI to make the run. Earnings & profits will take a back seat as far as the stock price is concerned until this is resolved. Damn bad luck all around.
