Good reading and refresher especially for those who trade mostly micro-caps because how often do micro-cap investors have the need to worry about insider selling?  Most insiders running micro-cap companies don't dare invest in their own crap. That is one good trait that sets TECO apart.  The insiders believe in what they are running and so they will invest their own funds or base their salaries on performance.  I'm  sure TECO's insiders are tired of the low PPS as well and look forward to better looking portfolios.
