The filing of the Pacer document after hours Friday IMO (In MY Opinion) is a 8K material event that would change the future of the company. It should be filed although I agree a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) would prevent the company from including the actual settlement amounts.
They have up to 3 days to file the 8k with the pacer document.
