People selling today are short sighted IMO and it is not surprising because like I was thinking with MSFT, we have seen this before. There is not an 8-K today so the immediate gratification of seeing numbers is not there. However with it going "very well" per Mark Kay, I would expect that the settlement will prove to have a nice financial impact for SFOR. That, along with everything else, goes with the fact that this time the rest of the suits are already in progress. If we remember with MSFT, more suits were not already in progress at the time of the settlement. More had to be filed so that is why it took until now for another settlement. IMO we will see another settlement much sooner now.
