NO 8k ??,being a logical person, thinking with a inquiring mind, not trying to be led by BS, although it happens sometimes, if I were an attorney in a lawsuit and I just settled a lawsuit and we did VERY WELL.....I BELIEVE .....(hard to understand the word believe ), maybe the settlement was 30 million or 100 million ,with great terms
that would be VERY WELL, and what would a logical person do, if that were the case, SPEND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ADVERTISING WHAT A GREAT DEAL YOU GOT FROM THE LAWSUIT......SO YOU WOULD SCARE THE HELL OUT OF THE OTHER INFRINGERS, WHICH WOULD SETTLE TODAY.
when you try to keep things secret .....to many doubts or maybe the lawsuit didn't turn out as good as expected......yes I am still long on SFOR but don't like the idea of NO 8 K.. this will not be good for our PPS and I think will not help with other settlements pending.
