true 2021 is a few yrs off.
Based on an interview with the ceo it sounded like they were the radar of choice for the ATHENA project. If that is a success (and this contract is partially based on the success their) then they may see revenue from that project etc...
So the correlation may / may not be their but, just a little speculation / reading of the tea leaves..
