I worked in the pharma industry for years. Pretty sure in the presentations OWCP gave and interviews that they made it clear Human tissue was used phase 1. Which is complete but for pharma grade they do need to go to phase two which will start in Q1 2018.
They made it clear in this presentation that there are two different Roadmaps (See slided named so) for the cream... The Pharmaceutical Cream which they are going to phase 2 with and then the Medical Cannabis Cream (which is what we have called the cosmetic cream).
There has been a lot of confusion as to what step for which cream product we have been in. I think their slide outlined it clearly... The next slide down they talk about Developed Cannabis-based Products and the topical cream of 2-4 million per month...This is the Medical Cannabis Cream or Cosmetic cream which we will begin selling any day now.
