FWIW - the waste of time, IMO, is trying to change peoples' minds about the existence of NR, NSS, or the effects of these theories / practices on stock prices.

One group believes in it, another doesn't. One group highlights these theories over poor managerial decisions, another does the reverse, as an explanation for the existing stock price. Others perform drivebys occasionally, to satisfy some part of themselves.

I don't think any reasonable person in any group will deny that, at the end of the day, if PTOI can't sell a processor or license its technology, then it is done. So far, for the past 4 years, it hasn't been able to do so, which IMO is a main reason why the stock price is where it is. I do not doubt that naked shorting exists, but I cannot speak to its effect on this particular stock....just not that tuned in.
