with that R/S .. my 10000 shares went to approx 833

i would like to say i knew then what i know now .. but i didn't
today i would have DCA'd those shares @ 50c with BoD seated

.. instead as time
permitted and quarterly statements came in .. i watched in bemusement
as the PPS went upward .. from approx 12c to 50c .. over about 2 years
b4 (what i now recognize) NR had to roll their resets (ladder up a % higher
than would be reset at only a slightly lower % ) .. which they did for 13 months to uplisting ..
and that 28 and change price tag

i was lucky
in that i sold (ticker then was FRPT) almost at the high (sheer luck) which
i then put into another totally compliant OTC firm .. whose product i knew
because it was on one of my kid's cars .. and this was my first foray *there*
and reading daily tripe by well established crews (like those who worked
PTOI originally) .. that there was no such thing as any OTC stock being shorted

seriously .. this is why only those who want to learn will take the time to understand
what is being done and how .. the why is the easy part .. it's money

i'm grateful for that lesson .. and i understand why most who lose money
either whine incessantly or hate and spew or get sucked into crews .. but it
made me *curious* .. and only with mgmts execution *imo* will we see what
*volume* reveals and what that volume does re: PPS

personally i'd welcome another company within the sector coming public
it would be nice to see true comps and what the value is of a true competitor

my hope and expectation is that P2O's time line begins to accelerate going forward
due to those 2 new BoD adds ..

no guarantees in life .. but imo logical based on their belief in the company
and the tech
