Ive been looking all weekend for proof Bill signed a proxy giving Sphere International control of TPAC. I cant locate anything in the corporate documents or the SEC filings. I simply cannot find anything to support that statement IR made that TPAC is in a Proxy with SI. If anyone has information on this please post it.
Also been looking all weekend for a SC-13d filing or Form 4 filing showing SI has actually purchased shares of TPAC with the MRVB. Guess what!!! Cant find that either.
Then we have the MRVB supposed revenue generation. Not in any of the TPAC filings. Something is really wrong here and shareholders need answers. This appears to be fraud.
If anyone has information on locating any of these articles please post them here.
Otherwise its time to turn this over to the SEC and FBI.
