Troptions Corporation entered into three separate advertising agreements for SW Innovative Holdings, Inc. to run during 2017 in exchange for 3,572,483 Troptions which resulted in SW Innovative Holdings, Inc. having 4,119,824 Troptions remaining as of September 30, 2017 . The remaining Troptions were valued at $0.13 which is the lower cost and/or market and posted as investment on the third quarter Balance Sheet. We will continue to evaluate the investment in Troptions at the end of each quarter to reflect the lower of cost and/or market and make the necessary adjustments as describer in Note2
