I guess the evidence and history would be a stock that climbs out of the basement to historical highs for no "obvious" reason....no news..no real accomplishments...nothing that would prompt such a move.

PTOI certainly isn't there...but I don't believe the "buying" volume has been ALL retail...I don't believe the "selling" volume has been ALL retail.. I have no "proof" of that although the "historical evidence" would suggest just a few weeks ago...nobody was buying @ .01. Why @ .04?? Nobody is selling @ .04...why @ .01? Doesn't make sense.

What does makes sense is that it doesn't makes sense...there's your historical evidence
