I believe licensing/royalties based on how many users and authentications is what MK wants ultimately. However, companies do need to pay up on past usage of STI patents. First of these 7 defendants to settle will get the best deal. Hence Entrust will get the best deal IMO, excluding MFST. It sends a signal to all infringers. IMO Duo will be last and may go out of business when all is said and done. When the next set of letters from R&G go out to infringers, there will be companies showing up to settle outside of court.
