Whether the countersuit had any validity to it or not is immaterial in terms of negotiating the current settlement due to the fact that it still would have to be defended by Strikeforce whether it was valid or not and would've delayed the current lawsuit settlement. As a result, it might have created some leverage for Entrust. Regardless, we now have our second settlement team...WOW!! IT IS HAPPENING!!
