On lie hub WTF trader was trying to make the point that The litigation funding could only be used to pay lawyers but I don’t agree with that I think it’s just funding that can be used for any Business operations. So I don’t think the fact they got litigation funding necessarily means ropes and gray are not on contingency. We just don’t know but I tend to believe that they are on contingency because why wouldn’t they be?
