Complicated...yes I agree. It's not like buying a car..
1. Determining the initial value of the infringement
2. Past royalties for the infringement period.
3. Licensing agreement for future use of patent.
4. Ongoing royalties to be paid as recurring income.
5. Lawyer fees ( not sure on this one).
I think just to agree on these 4 main issues would take time. Everyone needs to relax and let this play out. We have made some pretty important steps here and are prevailing. Winning with the IPR denial was a pretty big step on it's own. I am very comfortable with where we are. Go baby Go
