I personally think he was being conservative. Also, I speak from experience that settlement negotiations for patent infringement can entail ANYTHING. It's all for the greater good and future of co.and the bigger picture. So I think SFOR will be very happy with the settlement. The short term investors community may not be. People have been throwing around all kinds of no.s and none of us knows what they could be. They don't understand about IP settlements and such. It's not get rich quick.
At the end of the day it's a thing of beauty and I am glad to be in it.
