Kay does things by the book. He is not going to announce or file anything before the judge gets to see whats going on. So no PR, no 8K , NO NOTHING before the judge sees what has transpired. He needs to see her ruling before anything is done. Thats is why he waited until after hours before filing with the court. Evidently some don't know how Kay operates. GO SFOR!!!! A settlement is as good as a win in my book. SFOR will probably gap huge Monday. Good by cheapies.
