Facts...?! Good one.
Lets start with the $13.5MM/year of guaranteed revenues from BTL SLA that James and IR reiterated time and time again. Where did that go?
Second - what happened to the "buyback" that James said would reduce OS below 1BB by early 2017?
Third - what was the basis for the oft repeated $0.01 PPS target? If they knew (as IR tweeted repeatedlt while mocking shareholders) that the preferred conversions were NOT going to be stopped - why did they keep pushing the OS decrease and $0.01 PPS target?
