I would agree that on one knows for sure. What we DO KNOW is that there is settlement and that the IPR has been dismissed!! We also know that ALL of the 7-cases are in settlement negotiations. Additionally, we know that medium and large size deals are signed but have to be implemented.

I wish I knew about an 8K today but what we DO know is making my weekend prospects feeling very good!!
