OK so whats happening? We have the ability to raise money via the addition of Authorized shares.
A new can design is in the works.
After the beginning of the year we will make 4 new drinks.
We have Gerry David and Kevin Harrington, loaded with stock, that want to drive the company in a different direction then Jerry Grisaffi and Mrs Lilly Li..
In order to allow Gerry David and Kevin Harrington to move ahead they have to control the company which translates into getting rid of Mrs Lilly Li.
For the company to move forward they have to get all parties to the table and settle their differences.
If they have any brains they will comply and the company will proceed.
Anyone with guts and money will be accumulating shares while the getting is good.
