What everyone needs to realize is that all the information we are just now hearing about was NOT uncovered three days ago before anything was posted about it. This has been in the works for months and evaluated by in house counsel, management, and Board of Directors prior to making the decision in the best interest of the company and moving forward with the lawsuit against Jerry G. for violating his fiduciary duties to the company. LSW and Ms.Li are also brought into the lawsuit due to the fact that she purchased stock at a discount under false pretenses and never fulfilled her part of the agreement which was to fund RMHB and therefore setting the company back several months, forcing the company to pursue funding from another entity. IMHO... this needed to be done and by all accounts the Board of Directors felt it was in the best interest of the company to move forward with the lawsuit.
