Fidelity stop sign not effecting those wanting to buy or sell on TDAmeritrade. Bid for 9.6 mil shares @ .019. Asking .02 for 1 mil shares as of 10 AM. It would be nice if the bidder was Royal Capital trying to get back O/S for NTEK. LOL
