I believe the main reason for the suit is to dislodge control from Mrs Lilly Li. I have heard of a fight over the phone between Mrs Li and Gerry David and shortly thereafter both Gerry David and Kevin Harrington resigned from their positions in the company and became advisors. At that time Mrs li stopped any infusion of cash into the company. I have since heard all sorts of stories about Jerry Grisaffi and the one that stands out is that Jerry wanted to introduce CBDs and the others did not. All of this jibber has to play out to see how we progress. Stay tuned. The company has to get back on track and produce a new acceptable can and market products to generate revenue. This will continue to unfold. Some of this is bullshit and some is real as we move forward all will become apparent.
