I spoke to Mr. Berman this afternoon after I read your post Johnny. He told me that he has never made an offer to you, he has never spoken to you, met you or corresponded with you. He also said that he makes it his practice not to deal with people who libel his wife, his son, founding shareholders, or with people who have spent time in jail for threatening children.
How many of these categories do you fill Johnny?
