Why would Lily Li cough up $3.5 Mill to buy preferred A's if she didn't feel she could make this company profitable? Her track record seems to be pretty good on her prior companies.
My last conversation with Jerry (back this past summer) only voiced his frustration with the two Guys ... Gerry David and Kevin Harrington, in that their idea was a Total NO against any CBD drink and Jerry felt that was where the future of the Co. needed to go.
I still feel that someone will not pay out that kind of money without seeing a potential of a future profitable company for her investment!
