I get what you're saying Jerseyfish and thanks for being optimistic and all for share holders holding a position; they definitely going to need it. However, look how long the last law suit took settle? It took years to get RMHB out of that rats nest and now the company seems to be not only in another law suit with its own people.

How in the world is a penny stock oppose to get out of this mess while still trying to be successful and give share value to share holders?

I'd be lying if I said I knew a penny stock that went through all of this before and still made it out.
