Is it OWCP's fault? I don't think so. An understaffed accounting company(trying to keep their books to the plus side) can only pump out so many certified reports a day. Hence the delay.
Let others say what they want, it's not the companies fault. THat is of course it's shown in the filing that it was.
Who cares, it will be there and all will be good.
