Been a while, welcome back! Looks like accumulation has never stopped through the months. Great sign. Product still being sold and shipped.
No audited or annual filings yet. I say "yet" because 1.this has happened before and it always gets done
2. Last time it didn't get done on time, seemed to be for some greater benefit that showed a spike in price that latter fell due to last of notes (I think, just shooting from the hip here) and I'm not convinced there is much of that last note left if any....but of course we'll see as a Q is also due.
3. Also, there just isn't any reason NOT to be current at some point. This product idea is just to good to be wrestled down by the hang ups non-current adds.
It's been a dark season on the NHMD front and for those already in, the indicators show they have stayed, and fresh money has been coming in. New investors have been buying or investors have bought more.
If I were to be objective, and new to NHMD, I'd say keep on watch! They were sabotaged in the past and have taken a different approach to communicating deals to the public. In the event they are successful, a lot of news may come at once.
Until then, watch and wait.
