That's the one thing "they" can't control right now, VOLUME. Indirectly, I suppose they do by their constant price suppression, but "they" are going to get stampeded in the near future by the volume surge caused by new buyers and old buyers getting back in. People are aware of this stock, many of whom were former holders. It will be evident when they do. It's difficult for "them" to suppress when volume is high.
