Fact: The purchase agreement has language allowing for the deal to continue past 10/31, which IMO is occurring. We don't need to reference house closings, business purchases, etc. Bottom line is 10/31 is a guide, not a drop dead date.

Fact: There have been changes to the FAA registry related to documents associated with the N417XA. This wouldn't happen miraculously

Fact: USGL has increased their BOD and Management with all the players needed to complete this transaction and get the bird in the air. Nobody at these levels or stages in their careers are going to risk their reputations

Fact: There was NO defined "Quiet Period" or "Blackout". Any silence from a company is a good ethical business practice. Many interpretations are being falsely made around this topic

Fact: The bashers on Ihub, though opinions, are make false claims, accusations that are in violation of FINRA/SEC guidelines around message boards and social media
