Taking bets early today; I predict strong buying this PM, with a close above .022 in expectation of tomorrow. After news tomorrow, who the hell knows what our ceiling will be!

(I've fully prepared myself for an additional settlement delay. I'm nothing but optimistic, but I've been burned by my expectations in the past... Should another delay occur, I wouldn't think it'd be longer than another week or two)
