I spoke to Mr. Barnhizer yesterday afternoon and asked if there was any reason he thought could have influenced the share price move yesterday. He said it was the timing was "oddly coincidental" to NanoLogix "absolutely" rejecting the repeated overtures of a group that offered what he described as "toxic financing". No details on amounts, but I understand there are lots of groups that do that and demolish small companies. It's been stated repeatedly by Microcaps how the scenario works so I'll leave it to those who want to know to research Micro's posts. He said the company will run off revenues and use proceeds from a projected patent sale to expand but no word on timing or who's interested beyond what was stated in an update.
