Pacer will probably come out Friday after close of market for Entrust...IMO what we are seeing is slow accumulation getting ready for the announcements of the multiple settlements that we all know are coming. We should start seeing the other parallel settlements in neighboring jurisdictions play out in coming weeks making the end of this month one for the history books.

Of course we could be surprised and see things start sooner!
